We started Accelerate Dental because we were tired of seeing great doctors get backed into a corner. As DSOs grow, private practice gets squeezed or dentists give up and become employees of their own practices, unable to share in the profit upside DSOs create.
We believe the best version of dentistry is one where the clinician—not a corporation—remains in control. We provide the resources, training, and support to help dentists maintain control of their practices - and expand to owning more if they desire. The Guardians of Care
The Clinical Council is the heartbeat of Accelerate. Comprised of partner-doctors, this group ensures that our standards remain uncompromising. They don’t just ‘advise’—they lead. From vetting new technology to peer-to-peer mentoring, the Council ensures that our clinical decisions are always made by those holding the handpiece, not those looking at a spreadsheet. They give recommendations to our practices to keep them at the top of their clinical game.

The Culture Council
The Keepers of the Soul
Scale shouldn’t come at the cost of culture. Our Culture Council is a dedicated team of partner-doctors tasked with protecting the ‘local feel’ of every practice in our group. They focus on the human side of dentistry—team morale, leadership development, and ensuring that as we grow, we never lose the ‘Awesome’ that made our practices successful in the first place. Since our doctors are all part owners in each other’s practices, this team ensures we collaborate daily, share best practices, and most importantly- that we have fun together!
